We built beautiful vegetable beds last year. Friends sent me Korean vegetable seeds and herb seeds and I did plant them happily. Tomatoes and cucumbers with Korean melons are growing well. I did harvest 50 days grown korean radishes a week ago. One of those are huge. Kept the small one for veggie broth and made kimchi finally. 무=Moo=Korean radish

Moo kimchi / 깍두기!

베지가든을 작년에 만들고 그 이전부터 무를 심겠다고 몇번 벼르곤 했습니다. 친구가 보내준 씨앗을 심어 약 50일? 60일? 정도 지난 후에 팔뚝만한 무를 수확했어요. 토마토며 오이, 참외는 잘 자라고 있는 중입니다.

하나는 오뎅이며 된장국 국물을 내려고 뒀고, 큰녀석으로 깍두기를 담궜습니다. 제대로 된 한국무로 담은 7년만의 깍두기. 맛스럽게 보이죠? ^^
